Johnsons Mazda Tamworth were helpful because I could tell from the moment I walked through the door that I was going to find a good car here. The premises and staff are organised, calm and efficient with no pressure and no rush, just plenty of time to choose, test drive and come to a decision. Darren Mortiboy is flying the flag for good old-fashioned customer service. He explained everything perfectly and the vehicle was presented to a very high standard. Rhys Francis the sales representative was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. He took his time to explain all the information concerning the vehicle and everything available to me in terms of gap insurance, paint treatments and service plans. The only reason I did not consider the service plan was due to the fact I live in Wales. He gave me the confidence that I could trust Johnson’s Mazda therefore complete the purchase. The service read outstanding.
My experience at Johnsons Mazda Tamworth was memorable because on our first viewing we were helped by staff from service reception until the salesperson was available. We knew we wanted the car as soon as we drove into the site and saw it parked up. Everyone on the day were really helpful and understanding of the 80 miles we had travelled to view the car.
I'd definitely recommend Johnsons Mazda Tamworth to friends and family because I received excellent service throughout the sales procedure. Rhys was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable both when showing me the car, and also when I picked the car up.
I will also consider servicing at Johnsons, as I have had such a positive experience with them, however, it is more of a distance for me to travel than my local Mazda dealership.
